Assistance in Preparation of Expression of Interest by Resolution Applicants
An expression of interest (EoI) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of 2016 is an invitation issued by the Resolution Professional to interested parties to invite interest for acquisition of assets of the Corporate Debtor or the company under CIRP. The interested party willing to submit the EOI should meet the Eligibility Criteria as set out in the EoI. We provide support services in preparation of EoI as set out in the detailed EOI guidelines along with the supporting documents as required.
Assistance in Preparation of Resolution Plans
We help in preparation of the ‘Resolution Plan’ as per the guidelines and terms laid down in IBC for maximization of value of assets of the Corporate Debtor. We best serve by ensuring the compliance to the criteria as laid down in the Request for Resolution Plan and evaluation matrix (a list of parameters and the manner of application of such parameters), as approved by the CoC so that the Resolution Plan scores maximum as per the matrix to achieve the target.
